OGGS Aquafaba is a 100% plant based, natural egg alternative that whisks, whips and binds just like an egg, and can be used for all your favourite recipes. From meringues and mousses to mayo, sauces and so much more - the only thing you can't do is dip your soldiers in it! Made from chickpea extract, the product is gluten and soya free and made in a nut free factory. Available in a 200ml ready-to-pour carton equal to 4 eggs, not only is it easy to use, but will also sit happily in your cupboard for over 6 months.


Once opened, simply keep in the fridge and use within 7 days.
